Advising clients on spousal support issues is tough work. Is there entitlement to support? How much? How long? When will it end? What if one spouse gets sick?

The publication of the Spousal Support Advisory Guidelines has made our task easier, but not easy.  The Advisory Guidelines have been well received by lawyers, mediators and courts as a valuable tool to assess the quantum and duration of spousal support.

Please join Rollie Thompson, co-author of the Spousal Support Advisory Guidelines, and Scott Booth, a Family Law expert, who will guide us through the Spousal Support Advisory Guidelines, address their uses and their limits, and provide you with practical tips on preparing and presenting your spousal support case in negotiation, mediation and before the courts.

This is a conference that Family Law Practitioners cannot afford to miss.

Presenters:

D. A. Rollie Thompson
