National Insurance Law Section
The Insurance Law Section brings together CBA members with an interest in all facets of insurance law. Our members include in-house counsel and private practitioners from all parts of the country. Our members deal with all classes of life, accident and casualty insurance, as well as corporate governance, human rights, insolvency and administrative law issues for insurance industry stakeholders.
