National Criminal Justice Section The Criminal Justice Section examines the practice of law related to the enforcement and administration of the Criminal Law. The Section monitors and evaluates federal and provincial legislation creating offenses and crimes, establishment jurisdiction, procedure and organization of criminal courts in Canada and the practice of lawyers, and any other matters relating to or impacting on the administration of the criminal justice system.
