CBA BC Branch President Confers Citations Upon Exceptional BC Lawyers

VANCOUVER – At the Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch Provincial Council meeting on June 21st 2008, President F. Kenneth Walton conferred citations upon six lawyers whose work with the Branch has been both exceptional and appreciated. The following CBA members received citations: - Ken Armstrong for outstanding work on the special project reviewing the role of elected representatives.
- JP Boyd for exceptional contributions to the Legislation and Law Reform work of the CBA BC Branch, and in particular the Family Relations Act Review.
- David Dundee for exceptional contributions to the Legislation and Law Reform work of the CBA BC Branch, and in particular the Family Relations Act Review.
- Debbie Granger for outstanding contributions to the success of Law Week in the Province of BC.
- Judith Janzen for outstanding work as Chair of the Membership Committee for 2007-08.
- Eugene Raponi for outstanding work as chair of the Advisory Committee to the Judicial Council of BC.
