VANCOUVER– The Canadian Bar Association will hold its annual province-wide “Dial-A-Lawyer” program on Saturday, April 30 between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. During that time, members of the public can call to speak with a lawyer about any legal problem or question – free of charge (15 minute maximum).
