Special Programs The CBA's Birth/Adoption Benefit Program is available to all CBA members on parental leave. The Waiver of Dues Program is available to all CBA members who are unemployed and actively seeking employment, or on a leave of absence due to illness or disability. The CBA's Members' Special Circumstances Fund was created in recognition of individual lawyers who occasionally undertake extraordinary work in the public interest at a greatly reduced income.
