Notice to the Profession


Distribution of Reserved Written Reasons for Judgement by Email
Effective September 10, 2001, reserved Reasons for Judgement released by the Supreme Court Registry in Vancouver are available by e-mail. This option may not be available if the presiding Judge normally sits outside of Vancouver. When counsel or a party is notified that the Judgment has been released, he or she will be given the option of receiving the Judgment via email. Those wishing to receive the Judgment in this format must email their request stating the name of the Judge, the action number, the style of cause and the date of the Judgement.
