Congratulations to “Team Vancouvère” of this year’s Mundiavocat, an international soccer tournament for lawyers. The tournament, which took place in Malta, saw 1,150 lawyers on 42 teams from 22 countries vie for glory. In 2000, Team Canada finished 28th of 44 teams; this year they finished 19th, manoeuvring past teams from Argentina, France, Germany and Italy!
