Transitions – Work to Home
Develop rituals for winding down at the end of the day. At the end of each work day, list your “must-do’s” for the following day and then consciously set these aside. During the trip home, focus on plans for the evening. Change into casual clothing or take a shower – anything that will help you “let go” of the work day and move into family or leisure time.
