The Work Life Balance Award was established by the Work Life Balance Committee of the British Columbia Branch of the Canadian Bar Association. The Award recognizes a CBA member, CBA supporting law firm* or an organization that demonstrates leadership and commitment to work life balance in the practice of law.
Eligibility: Individual, Law Firm or Organization
- An individual recipient must be a CBA member.
- A law firm must be a CBA supporting law firm*
Nomination Procedure Nominations must be submitted in writing to:

Two nominators are required. Both must be CBA members. The nomination package should include full information supporting the nomination.

Selection Process The nominations will be forwarded to the Work Life Balance Committee and a short list of nominees will be prepared. The final determination will be made by the Work Life Balance Committee in consultation with the CBABC Awards Committee.
* A supporting law firm is one with a minimum of 50% CBA membership.
