VANCOUVER, BC - Canadian Bar Association Public Forum
- “Are sentences to lenient?”
- “How can ordinary people afford justice?”
- “Do criminals have more rights than victims?”
The public will have a chance to direct these and similar questions to the most prominent members of B.C.’s legal community on Saturday, April 21st from 12:30pm to 2:00pm at the Vancouver Public Library.

Following the public forum all Media have private access to available panelists in the Media Room (Alma Van Dusen Room).
Canadian Bar Association BC Branch hosts this public forum as part of the Law Week Open House on Saturday, April 21st from 9:30 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. at the Vancouver Public Library. The event also features a Student Mock Trial, Free Law Classes, Displayers from all sectors of BC’s Justice Community (Real CSI, emergency response demonstrations) and a Citizenship Ceremony.
