 1701 Act of Settlement Conference

APRIL 12, 2004

VANCOUVER-Scheduled for May 9-11, 2001 in Vancouver, the 1701 Act of Settlement Conference will feature 150 eminent legal scholars, Chief Justices and other senior jurists from all common law countries. The conference will celebrate the 300th anniversary of the provisions of the English Act of Settlement, 1701, which established judicial independence.
