Member Dispute Resolution Service
If you have a conflict with another lawyer or staff and are looking for assistance to resolve that conflict, try the CBA Member Dispute Resolution Service. Lawyers will speak with you on a confidential basis to assist with disputes that are not reportable Law Society matters.

National Class Action Database
The National Class Action Database gives lawyers and the public easy access to court documents submitted with regard to class action lawsuits currently underway across the country.

Practice Advisory Panels
Members give practical advice, in substantive areas of law, to assist more junior lawyers. Access the list of lawyers who sit on Practice Advisory Panels, in 45 areas of law. You are welcome to contact panel members by phone or email.

Work Life Balance
The CBABC Work Life Balance Committee gathers information related to work life balance and well being of relevance to lawyers and law firms, and makes such information available online to CBABC members.
