CBA and the Vancouver YWCA Co-ed Health & Wellness Centre are pleased to offer CBA members a Workplace Wellness Membership. CBA members and their partner/spouse can become YWCA Health & Wellness Centre annual members at the preferred rate of $51.50/month +GST (please add a $75 joiner fee for all new members).

Full of natural light and open spaces the facility features:

• Six lane, 25m ozone purified pool, whirlpool & steam room
• Two co-ed and one women’s only weight rooms
• Cardio room with over 30 pieces of equipment
• 70+ drop in classes each week including step, indoor cycling, cardio kickbox, aquafit, yoga, pilates and meditation
• Two fitness coaching sessions for new members
• Free monthly member clinics
• Friendly Fridays – bring a friend for free the last Friday of each month
• Personal trainers, physiotherapists, nutritional counseling, and massage services
