The house has 3600 sq ft with radiant floor heat that runs cold water for cooling in the summer and has a spacious, open floor plan. There are two bedrooms downstairs and a large master suite on the second floor. There is tile/marble/hardwood throughout, beautiful views in every direction and wonderful neighbors.
