Legislative Update is a continuing part of the British Columbia Branch Legislation and Law Reform Program funded through the membership fees of CBA members, and is subject to the copyright by the British Columbia Branch of the Canadian Bar Association, 2006, all rights reserved.

Legislative Update is a summary of the legislation of British Columbia. It is composed of three parts: Acts in Force; Regulations to Note; and New Bills to Note.
