New National Sections for 1999-2000

Two new National CBA Sections were established in August 1999—Military Law and Charities and Non-Profit Law. The Military Law Section deals with the military system of justice and operational law, as well as uniquely military aspects of established substantive bodies of law practised by civilians such as criminal law, tort law, intellectual property, employment and human rights law, air law, maritime law and international law.

The Charities and Non-Profit Law Section deals with law and practice relating to the regulation and administration of charities and non-profit organizations. To join either Section contact Jennifer Bell at the National office at 1.800.267.8860, ext. 141.
