Family
Attend Asset Issues for Family Lawyers on February 21, 2000 to learn about real property transactions, trusts, bankruptcy, corporate matters, income tax, conflicts of law, and more family asset matters. Pension Law for Family Lawyers, a half-day course on February 22, 2000 will give an essential update of case law and legislative developments.

Litigation
Back by popular demand—Killer Cross-Examination on January 20, 2000. Plus, NEW this year on January 21, Advanced Cross-Examination Skills: Sequences. Both courses taught by the sought-after teaching team of Roger Dodd and Larry Pozner.

Tax
Tax Update 2000 for non-tax lawyers. This half-day course, January 28, 2000 is designed to reflect a non-technical approach to current tax issues including practical suggestions, identifying pitfalls, and checklists.
