James Leslie Radford
Jim Radford of Nanaimo, BC died suddenly on April 30. Jim was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1975 and to the BC Bar in 1984. He had a private practice in Manitoba and was the Supervising Attorney of Legal Aid Manitoba in The Pas, and the Civil/Family Officer in Winnipeg. In BC, he practiced in family law and civil litigation. He will be missed by his wife, Carolyn, and children, Jennifer and Kevin. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

David John Michael Mochan
David John Michael Mochan passed away on April 2, 1998 at the age of 35. David had been a member of the Law Society of BC since 1992, and a member of the Law Society of Alberta since 1987. His practice was exclusively criminal defence and appellate.

David leaves behind a legacy of exceptional work and a reputation for brilliance. As a husband, father, partner, and friend, he will be sorely missed.
