Sleep Tips


Make sure your bedroom is dark, slightly cool and as quiet as you can make it! Avoid using the bedroom for work, exercise or other non-relaxing activities.

Develop regular routines before bedtimes including washing and teeth-cleaning, a glass of water or warm (non-caffeinated) drinks.
