 Health & Wellness TIPS

Build in stretch breaks throughout the day. Even a brief walk and stretch helps us mentally recharge and stay productive longer.

Bring healthy snacks (raw veggies, fruit) and keep them at your desk for quick access.

Fill a large pitcher or water bottle with water each morning, and sip water throughout the day to prevent dehydration. Often we overeat when we are dehydrated.
