The Wills & Trusts Section focuses on estate planning, administration and litigation, proper drafting, tax planning, planning for incapacity and matters involving represented adults. Through case reports, legislative updates, panel discussions and guest speakers, our monthly meetings explore a wide variety of topics, with an emphasis on the practical aspect. The Section meetings also serve as a forum to discuss new judicial and legislative developments. When appropriate, this Section provides recommendations on proposed legislation relevant to this practice area.
