  Small firm, solo and general practitioners face similar challenges but often deal with those issues in isolation. This new section gives lawyers in both urban and rural settings an opportunity to share challenges, knowledge and solutions. Join us for the 2011-2012 season as we examine issues relevant to practice management and development, including efficiencies created by software and technology, strategies for hiring and retaining staff, basic business management, support options for a relaxing vacation and succession planning. We encourage CBA Alberta members outside Calgary to join meetings via webcast and network with us.
