This Section seeks to provide a timely response to ever-present changes affecting its members. This includes addressing the impact of legislative and/or regulatory changes and current judicial decisions, practice and procedure tips, and updates related to the utility of and interactions with various experts and other resources. Monthly speakers, including fellow lawyers, members of the bench, and a range of representatives from the health-care, insurance, government and quasi-government agencies, provide members with ongoing learning opportunities to help them litigate more effectively on behalf of either plaintiffs or defendants.
