This section assembles practitioners from a wide range of practice experiences and expertise for discussions of important concepts and developments in labour relations, employment law, human rights, disability insurance, pension issues, occupational health and safety, and privacy law. The section regularly invites individuals from industry, regulatory bodies, and practicing lawyers to make presentations on substantive, and procedural matters in selected areas. The speakers and section members are also able to share practical (and tactical) insights about how to practice more effectively. The section provides an excellent means of staying abreast of developments in this broad and dynamic practice area.
