The purpose of the Young Lawyers Section is to promote camaraderie among junior lawyers in professional and social activities. These activities foster discussion and interchange of ideas relative to the duties, responsibilities and problems of junior lawyers; aid and promote advancement of junior lawyers; and, encourage their interest and participation in activities of the Canadian Bar Association. Such involvement also provides a means for junior lawyers to collectively improve the administration of justice, serve their communities in law-related areas, and advance the community knowledge of the law.
