This section presents lectures on a wide range of civil litigation topics, including both procedural and substantive law matters. The 2012 - 2013 season will deal with topics such as: E-trials and technology; privacy law and litigation; conflict of laws and jurisdictional issues; and civil fraud and pre-trial remedies.
