This section deals with issues in Child welfare matters and offers information to educate and support members of the bar. We address such topics as analysis and assessment of the Child Youth and Family Enhancement Act, current case law, intricacies of working with Child Family Services, trends in child protection practices, child advocacy issues and research in areas that affect the welfare of the child.
