About
This section focuses on the evolving development of Alternative Dispute Resolution practices. These include mediation, collaborative law, arbitration and interest-based negotiation. The section will host speakers specializing in civil litigation, family law, aboriginal, and energy law as well as members of the bench. Topics under consideration for the upcoming year include an update regarding the implementation of the ADR requirements in the Rules of Court.
