The Section seeks to provide members with updates on current developments in administrative law. The aim of the noon hour sessions are to present information on the latest case law and to bring forward current topics related to administrative law in varying contexts. We anticipate this year's topics will include: case law updates from leading practitioners and academics in the field, ethics, privacy issues in an administrative law context, and other relevant topics.
