This section seeks to explore the role of administrative law and assist members in remaining current with developments in this rapidly changing area. Topics and speakers will include: A Court of Appeal Justice (Advocacy before courts from administrative decisions), Law professors from the University of Calgary and University of Alberta (update on case law) and the chair of the provincial Task Force which issued the Public Agencies Goverance Framework in 2007.
