About
This section was launched in Alberta in 2007 as a platform to share and together pursue long term solutions to issues, problems and concerns for women in the legal profession. It is open to both men and women lawyers concerned about or affected by these issues. Given the consistent attrition of women from the practice of law, our mandate is to explore ways to reverse the trend and to enhance the stature, influence, advancement and recognition of women in the law. We also offer opportunities for networking, mentoring and resource sharing among women practitioners.
