This section has many experienced practitioners who share their expertise in the areas of Wills, Dependent Adult, Estate Planning and Administration; Trusteeship, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Personal Directives, as well as case law they are involved in. Case law updates, contribution from the Clerks office, Court of Queen's Bench Justices and the Public Trustee Office keep our members current. We contribute to prospective legislation and will be among the first to see the new Succession Legislation, Adult Guardianship and Trusteeship regulations, learning how to deal with these changes before they are implemented. Be ahead of the curve.
