This Section’s mission is to present speakers of interest to legal practitioners in the area of the intellectual property and technology, to further continuing education and to promote collegiality among section members. Speaker topics are generally related to patents, trade-marks, copyrights, technology, commercial aspects of intellectual property and new developments in intellectual property case law.
