This section focuses on topics of specific interest to both tax and non-tax practitioners. Planning, compliance and litigation issues in the area of domestic and international income and excise tax are explored, including estate planning and trust law issues. Speakers are drawn from practicing members of the bar, the Tax Court of Canada, academia, the Canada Revenue Agency, the Department of Finance and the Department of Justice and the accounting profession.
