About
This section promotes excellence in legal analysis and its delivery in all areas of the law. Our membership includes legal counsel to the courts, research lawyers from government and firms, sole practitioners in research and analysis, and other lawyers who recognize the importance of legal research and analysis to their legal practice. As one of only a few "hybrid" sections, our membership also includes law librarians from both the private and public sectors. Our diversity makes every meeting a unique learning opportunity. It also allows for a broader mandate than our name would suggest, including CLE opportunities in traditional research skills, on-line research issues, legal writing, drafting and analysis.
