About
This section focuses on the contemporary legal issues in both the union and non-union sectors of the workplace. The section meets six times a year. At each meeting, leading practitioners from both sides of the bar speak on legislative changes, the impact of new jurisprudence and/or practice management issues. We also include involvement and presentations by different adjudicators in this area of practice; i.e. arbitrators, Labour Relations Board panel members, Workers’ Compensation Board tribunals, Human Rights tribunals, Workplace Health and Safety and others.
