The Junior Lawyers section focuses on the development and enhancement of legal skills, the sharing of practice management tips and tools, and providing venues for social networking. Our monthly lunchtime seminars explore issues relevant to newer lawyers developing their practice. We also engage in community activities related to legal education, public awareness, and access to justice. We plan multiple social events throughout the year that offer a casual setting to meet with other junior lawyers and share ideas. The goal of the section is to assist you in building a solid foundation for your legal practice. We are proud to host the annual “Meet the Bench Reception” where our members can mingle with masters, judges and justices of Alberta’s courts.
