This Section provides members with information on current issues in health law and health policy that will be of interest to practitioners in both public and private practice. This is a dynamic and multi-disciplinary area of law. Section membership provides an opportunity to meet other health law practitioners and learn about emerging issues in health law. Topics are expected to include developments in health information legislation, patient disclosure requirements, patient safety and the changing scopes of practice for health professionals. Input from members is invited and welcome.
