This section will focus on issues relating to the elder members of our community. Such issues include competency, guardianship and trusteeship, estates and planning, pensions, health and protection, and grandparents' rights. Speakers from the bar, the bench, other professions, and government provide information that will be useful to our members in advising elder clients and family members. We encourage members to suggest topics and speakers.
