About
Education law today (elementary, secondary and post secondary) encompasses many disciplines, including workplace law, litigation, criminal justice, government relations, school board governance, election law, administrative law, Charter and human rights issues, freedom of information, corporate law, and intellectual property, to name a few. The mission of the Education Law Section is, through mutual effort and exchange, to provide section members with an excellent means of enhancing their legal expertise, advocacy and professional needs and an opportunity to network and contribute to their profession and community.
