This Section focuses on the practice of criminal law with the goal of keeping our members abreast of new caselaw and legislative initiatives. Monthly speakers from inside and outside the criminal bar provide a variety of topical insights into criminal practice and the opportunity for lively debate. We maintain a cordial relationship with the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Provincial Court. The Section also hosts an annual Law and Literature Dinner.
