This section focuses on the practice of criminal law with the goal of keeping our members abreast of new caselaw and legislative initiatives. Monthly speakers from inside and outside the criminal bar provide a variety of topical insights into criminal practice. We maintain a cordial relationship with the Queen’s Bench and Provincial Courts. The section also hosts an annual Law and Literature Dinner.
