This section focuses on topics of interest to the practice of construction law generally. Speakers present from a variety of perspectives, including those of legal counsel, property owners, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors. Members receive information on recent developments in the case law and legislation, interesting changes within the construction industry, as well as refresher courses on basic aspects of construction law which are of continuing importance. We have a proud tradition of fellowship, collegiality, and goodwill within the bar and in the construction industry.
