About
This section focuses on constitutional law and civil liberties, including the Charter and human rights law. Topics include practical and procedural issues for lawyers who occasionally face constitutional and civil liberty issues in their practice, as well as more theoretical examinations of the substantive law aimed at those whose practice is concentrated in this area. We seek to address both civil and criminal contexts. The section is committed to helping keep its members up to date, through speakers on current trends and recent developments.
