About
The ADR section’s goal is to enhance awareness of and promote non-adversarial means of achieving prompt, economical and amicable resolution of disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and collaborative law and judicial dispute resolution. We will be holding 5 meetings and anticipate that the speakers will include judges and practitioners who will discuss dispute resolution through negotiation, collaborative law, mediation and other means.
