This Section provides members with continuing legal education on developments in administrative law. The Section holds regular meetings and presents speakers on topics such as developments from the Supreme Court of Canada, practice pointers, tribunal practice, developments in related areas of law such as alternative dispute resolution, municipal law, etc. The Section seeks and benefits from input and participation by members.
